Howdy, My name is Crystal Lee Hess, I am a single mother of a six year old boy from Los Angeles. From 2016 to 2018, I was the Enterprise Engineer for Elefant Sciences that designed high-performance modular software systems to deploy capital in Over-The-Counter marketplaces. I currently contract as an Network Engineer for the Department of Defense, and co-founded, Tinker Now. Tinker Now is a United States-based company looking to manufacture new and innovative flight solutions to enable new possibilities in unmanned aerial systems. The company recently released the Tinker Now Bot Air. This kit comprises a fully GPS autonomy system with a full Linux computer, the Raspberry Pi, onboard for user programmability. The drone has 20+ minutes of flight time with the Tinker Now 2s (7.4v) 3250mAh Lithium-Ion High Amperage Pack. The Tinker Now Bot Air can be controlled via phone, computer, and or with a standard transmitter over a 2.4GHz signal. The Federal Aviation Administration registration size limit for drones is much larger than the size of the Tinker Now Bot Air, giving hobbyists the ability to do more projects while flying in the sky. Check out our youtube video showcasing The Tinker Now Bot Air with Rotor Riot!: https://youtu.be/aRctXEhmRdY . Its super duper cool. I hope, with Tinker Now, to create a educational platform/ information repository that is user-friendly in content digestion to push boundaries in myself and others in technical talents. Let me know what you think, and until next time folks, Happy Trails.
