Cancellation/Substitution

Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions at no extra charge up to 14 days before the event are allowed. Substitutions between 14 days and the date of the event will be allowed subject to an administration fee equal of up to 10% of the total fee that is transferred. Otherwise all bookings carry a 50% cancellation liability immediately after registration has been made.
Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing to Hacker Halted by email to info@hackerhalted.com six (6) weeks before the conference is to be held in order to obtain a full credit voucher (CV) for any future Hacker Halted events globally. Thereafter, the full conference fee is non-refundable.

iPad Live Class Promotion Terms and Conditions
- Registrations made during the FREE iPad promotion period of Aug 17 till Sept 15, 2010 are non-refundable.
- Your FREE iPad needs to be collected at the InterContinental Miami between 8am Oct 13 till 3pm Oct 14.
- Collection can only be made by you upon presentation of a valid driver's license or passport along with the Unique Identifier which will be provided upon confirmation of payment.
- Should you fail to collect the ipads within the stipulated time, the ipad shall be forfeited.
- No other collection or delivery method will be utilized.
